Your Own Healing Touch
We are conditioned to look outside of ourselves for healing, for comfort, for guidance. We may forget that within our body and spirit is latent wisdom to heal. It is there, to access, if we recognize it.
Place your palms(s) gently on an area of pain in your body. Feel the living qi of your hands flow into that area of tension, and breath into that space of your physical body. Breathe out stagnant qi, stuck emotions. Do this for 5 minutes, without judgment, with kindness for yourself - like you would care for your child or your pet. This to shall pass.
